Individual Sessions

Individual counselling offers the child/youth an opportunity to process life challenges and learn new skills within a supportive, emphatic environment.

Some concerns that are commonly addressed include, but are not limited to:

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • Emotional regulation

  • Assertiveness

  • Divorce and separation

  • Bullying and peer issues

Group Sessions

Group counselling for children and youth provides an opportunity for them to learn practical coping skills and practice those skills in an environment where they feel accepted and supported.

  • Managing worries and anxiety

  • Social skills

  • Building self-esteem through art

  • Thriving boys

  • Mindfulness for teens

Parenting Sessions

Parents play an essential role in helping their child or teen manage difficult life circumstances. Through education, skill building and encouragement, parents are given the knowledge and skills to help their child/youth on their journey toward growth and resilience.

  • Understanding Childhood Worries and Anxiety

  • SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)
