Welcome to Bloom Art Therapy & Counselling.
The childhood years and the child-rearing years are some of the most wonderful, but also the most challenging stages of life. Even in the most difficult moments, we are doing the absolute best we can, given our circumstance and the skills we have. Bloom has emerged to walk alongside you in your journey; to meet you where you have been planted and help you thrive and grow through human connection and the healing power of creativity.

about bloom
Bloom Art Therapy & Counselling emerged to support children, youth, and families as they transition through the childhood and adolescent years.
Bloom Art Therapy & Counselling is built on the following core values:
Children and youth have the right to accessible and affordable counselling services.
Parents are more often than not a valuable resource when it comes to supporting their children. It is imperative to include them in the therapeutic process in some capacity. When your child comes to counselling you will receive feedback/resources to implement at home after each session.
Establishing a consistent therapeutic relationship contributes to life wellness. We need to teach our children that we shouldn’t wait until we are struggling to take care of our mental wellness.
